Bio:
Victoria Thomas was born and raised in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio. She received her B.A. in Craft Design from Kent State University. She is a full time Children’s Librarian Assistant at Cuyahoga County Public Library. She is also an aspiring writer and natural science illustrator for children. You can see her love for nature and especially animals in her artwork. Her art studio Stories Galore, is based Bedford, Ohio, where she lives with her husband and three children.
Artist Statement:
My primary goal is to create beautiful artwork and stories to children of all ages. The medium of choice for my illustrations are ink, pastels, and color pencils. My art style inspiration comes from the beauty of nature and detail patterns of stained glass and mosaic imagery.
